Many volunteers are needed from start to finish to make this a successful event. See below for a detailed list of volunteer needs.

- Donation Procurement (help secure donation items for the event)
- Decor Planning (plan and procure event decorations)
- Event set up (assist with setting up tables and decorations the day prior to the event)
- Greeter (direct traffic as they first arrive; 1-hour commitment)
- Check-in (assist with guest check-in as they arrive; 2-hour commitment)
- Raffle Ticket Sales (sell 50/50 raffle tickets or drink tickets; 45-minute commitment)
- Raffle/Social Table (oversee table where guests will purchase raffle tickets or sign up for socials; 1-hour commitment)
- Silent Auction Table (oversee table where guests are placing bids on silent auction items; 1-hour commitment)
- Beer/Wine Bucket Distribution (prior to the live auction fill and distribute buckets to appropriate tables; 30-minute commitment)
- Live Auction Spotter (record winners during live auction; 1-hour commitment)
- Fund A Need Bid Recorder (help record bidder numbers and bid amounts as they are called out)
- Data Entry and Check-out (record winnings throughout the night and assist guests with check-out; 4-hour commitment)
- Sunday clean up (1-hour commitment)
